Manlang: Malang Full Movie Review:
Advait is introduced to Sara when he travels to Goa. Although he's a bit too introverted, she's an exuberant girl from London who is in India to the very first time, and wants be able to enjoy her life to the maximum. They instantly fall in love with each other and agree to agreements to enjoy each other's time. It's all good until an unexpected twist turns their lives beyond control. Five years after, Advait goes on a murderous spree on Christmas night. Anjaney Agashe is a police officer who is known for not following the laws as well as Michael Rodrigues, a seemingly innocent cop, are in pursuit of him. They embark on a frantic search for the suspect. The investigation into the motivations that led to Advait's actions is the theme of the rest of the movie is all about.
Aditya excels as the character whose life is thrown through major changes. He shows poise and refinement the way he portrays. The actor's physical transformation gives the weight to the punches and kicks they pull during the movie. Disha Patani looks gorgeous and is a perfect fit for her character unlike any other character she's performed before. The chemistry between the leading couple is unstoppable. The always reliable Anil Kapoor is on top form and impresses in an additional entertaining performance. He can walk that fine line of extravagant and flamboyant effortlessly. Kunal Kemmu is honest and captivating in equal measure.
Filmmaker Mohit Suri maintains a steady control of the story for the majority of. In this film the characters are a single-dimensional character that's what makes them fascinating. The film opens with a an action sequence that is pulsating before launching straight into the action. It's missing is a more precise editing and dialogue that can enhance the story. Although there are two intriguing plot twists however, they're not as much of an event as they could be, and take away from the excitement. The music is one of its strengths particularly the title track, which remains on your mind even after you've left the theater.
