PUSHPA: THE RISE-PART 01 [Hindi] tells the story of a badass who works in the red sandalwood smuggling business. The smuggling red sandalwood continues in the forest of Seshachalam. Red sandalwood is illegally taken from this forest and shipped to Chennai, China, and Japan. Pushpa Raj (Allu Arjun), is the illegitimate son of Muletti Venkatraman a wealthy landlord from a village. He never accepted Pushpa or his mother Parvati Devi. His biological son, after his death, threw his mother and her child out of Muletti's house and left them to their own devices. Pushpa is a child who has been working odd jobs all his life. Pushpa is a shrewd worker who has a great attitude. He gets fired from his job. He discovers that while he waits for his next day wage job, the red sandalwood business pays well but the risks are also much higher. He is a woodcutter when he joins the industry. One day, while the woodcutter was busy cutting it, the police came and raided the house. Pushpa hides the valuable red sandalwood from the police and doesn't open his mouth, even though he was beaten by the cops. Pushpa Raj (Ajay Gosh) is the boss of the smuggling operation and Konda Reddy, (Ajay Ghosh), is the labourer. He learns about Pushpa's courage and sends his brothers Jolly Reddy (Dhananjay), and Jakkareddy to bail him out. Pushpa demands Rs. Pushpa demands Rs. 5 lakhs to show the location where he hidden the red sandalwood. The brothers agree. He soon becomes a key member of Konda Reddy’s gang and teaches them new ways to transport the red sandalwood without the need for police protection. Pushpa falls in love with Srivalli (Rashmika Mandanna), a woman who owns a milk business. Konda Reddy, on the other hand, sells red sandalwood to Mangalam Shrinu (Sunil). Srinu is responsible for delivering the consignment to Chennai. Pushpa discovers that Srinu can earn as much as Rs. For every ton red sandalwood he sells to Murugan in Chennai port, he earns Rs. 2 crore Srinu however pays only Rs. Konda Reddy is paid 25 lakhs per tonne. Pushpa suggests that Konda Reddy pay Srinu more. Konda Reddy is concerned that it will strain his relationship with Srinu. Srinu can also be a threat. He sends Pushpa, who is a diplomat to Srinu. All goes wrong at Srinu's house and it signals that the start of a bloodbath between both gangs. The rest of the film is about what happens next.
