Eternals: Eternals Full Movie Review:
ETERNALS tells the tale of an alien species that lives forever that landed on the Earth with a goal. Seven thousand years ago The Celestial Arishem made the Eternals which are immortal human beings that resembled creatures, and then sent their kin to Earth. The Eternals are Sersi (Gemma Chan), Ikaris (Richard Madden), Kingo (Kumail Nanjiani), Sprite (Lia McHugh), Phastos (Brian Tyree Henry), Makkari (Lauren Ridloff), Druig (Barry Keoghan), Gilgamesh (Don Lee), Ajak (Salma Hayek) and Thena (Angelina Jolie). Their goal is to protect the Earth from the apocalyptic creatures known as the Deviants. The Eternals arrive on Earth around 500 years BC from Mesopotamia and are able to take on the Deviants. They continue to live through the development of humanity and give a boost on humanity in various ways through their power. Of the Eternals there is only Ajak is the only one that can make contact with Arishem. Today (post the Blip incident which was caused through Thanos), Sersi is living in London and is an academic. She is in a relationship by Dane Whitman (Kit Harington) following the time Ikaris has left her. Sprite is also living with Sersi. When they return from a gathering, Sersi along with Sprite get attacked by rogue. They battle it out but are about be defeated when Ikaris arrives to save the trio. The group realizes that the Deviants have grown more powerful than they were previously. They decide to reach Ajak from South Dakota, USA hoping that she'll have an idea. When they finally get to her home, they discover her dead. Sersi is also aware that she now has the ability to talk to Arishem. Arishem informs her that "it's close to the end of the day'. Recognizing they are in danger, they are in danger, the Eternals have been put in peril, the group decide to gather all the fellow colleagues who are scattered across the world , and determine the motives behind why the Deviants have come to murder them.
